Sara Lawhorn, is our pre-closer, assists in file coordination, deed preparation, agent and lender communications

Post Closing
Danny Swords is our post closer.  After the closing, Danny provides copies to the lenders, mails all checks, and sends overnight payoffs to ensure they get paid on time..  Danny also see that all deeds are recorded in a timely manner to ensure proper transfer of title to the new buyer. He also makes sure the lender has a perfected lien on the property.  Danny is a trained title examiner and is from time to time, called on to help run titles. If you have had a closing with us and need something from your file, contact Danny and he will provide it to you.
